  • What will happen during the process?

    1. Schedule a free, no obligation consultation-  give us a call or fill out our detailed contact form that helps us get a better feel for your project.
    2. Owner, Todd Moore, will meet with you to discuss project specifics, provide you with his Master Carpenter level knowledge for guidance, and take necessary measurements. 
    3. Project quote - once measurements and materials are compiled, Todd will contact you to discuss the completed quote and arrange for any next steps that will happen.
    4. Project begins - it's time for your project to begin! It will begin with the demolition phase, during which all measures to protect the areas of your home not involved in your project will be protected. Once demolition is completed, new construction will begin. 
    5. Project completion - during as well as upon completion of your project, Todd will personally inspect it to make sure strict quality standards are met. Then he will meet with you to answer any questions, concerns and share in your excitement!

  • Will the portions of my home not involved in the project be safe?

    Absolutely! We take extra care to ensure all areas not involved with the project are safely protected, as well as being respectful and cognisant of walkway paths needed to mitigate dirtying due to walking to and from. Clean up is performed on an ongoing basis, at the end of each day including using a magnetic roller to make sure any loose metals are picked up to safeguard you, your family and pets. All materials are kept orderly and contained as well as ensuring safe use and storage of any and all tools. 

  • Do I need to worry about nails or screws being left behind that could injury any of us or our pets?

    Regularly throughout and at the end of each day, our crew will use magnetic rollers that pick up any small loose metals such as nails and screws. We work hard to keep the impact of the process as low as we can as well as ensuring that not only the focused area remains safe and clean, but also the areas around it as well.

  • 1. Send a request

    We will contact you as soon as possible to schedule a day and time to discuss and plan your vision, discuss budget, offer personalized applicable advice, and discuss timelines for start dates based on our current and your schedule. 

  • 2. Project measurements

    The next step is to take measurements for the project. This serves two purposes, the first is obviously to put your vision on paper for quantity of materials that will be needed and then will also serve in the creation of a more accurate project cost projection quote. 

  • 3. Approve budget

    Once we have compiled all necessary product, quantity and pricing information it will be compiled into a project quote which we will review with you. With all projects we leverage our extensive industry knowledge and expertise to ensure you are as budget friendly as possible while still keeping your desired vision and quality in the forefront. Bringing your vision to life in the most cost efficient and highest quality manner is just another way we distinguish ourselves in excellent service, because you deserve it!

  • 4. Start project

    The big day has arrived! How exciting! You will get to meet and get to know the crew assigned to your project so you know who will be present at your home. We will discuss the project with the crew and with you, set the plan, discuss any important information, and work will begin.

  • 5. During the process

    Our owner is demanding of a few things that we all believe in, quality and safety in absolutely every step of any task and  being definitively respectful of you, your family, home, property, and neighbors. We go above and beyond to take extra steps in preparation, execution and clean up of your project to protect anything and everything not involved. We treat your home and property as if it was our own, you have invited us into your personal space and we demand of ourselves that trust is never questioned. Clean up is performed ongoing daily, including sweeping, rolling for dropped nails, screws or any metallic objects, products and tools kept organized and contained, and mess is limited as much as possible. Our owner personally inspects job sites throughout the entirety. He does this for a few reasons, to check that the crew is not in need of anything, to help lend a hand, ensure quality standards are being utilized, and give insight or answer any questions from either you or the crew.  We, as a company, strive to eliminate your future need or desire to contact anyone but us for any project you may desire.

  • 6. Completion and inspection

    Upon completion of your project, the crew will intensively ensure everything is clean, picked up, and once again use a roller magnet for any potential dropped hardware, we want to make sure all of your family (pets included) are left with a safe and clean area. Our owner will perform a final inspection with you to make absolutely certain you are not only happy with the results, but that your expectations have not only been met, but exceeded.
